OVERVIEW

Karnatak Lingayat Education Technological University (KLETU), formerly known as B. V. Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology (BVBCET), is a prestigious institution located in Hubballi-Dharwad, Karnataka. Originally established as BVBCET in 1947, the institute attained the status of a State Private University in 2015 and was subsequently renamed KLE Technological University. The university is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, and is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Additionally, it is approved by AICTE. In the NIRF 2024 rankings, KLE Technological University is placed in the 150-200 range in the ‘Overall’ category. The university has also signed multiple national and international Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with renowned institutions and organizations.

KLE Technological University offers a diverse range of academic programs, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral studies. At the UG level, it provides courses such as BE, BArch, BBA, and BCA, while the PG offerings include MTech, MBA, and MCA.
