Hence its 15% seats are open for All India candidates (All India Quota - AIQ seats) and 85% seats are reserved for state domiciled candidates of Bihar (State Quota – SQ seats). Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts the centralized counselling for 15% All India Quota seats of Government Medical College, Purnea along with other Central & State govt colleges, Central Universities (All AIIMS, IMS BHU, JIPMERs etc.) and Deemed colleges.
