OVERVIEW

Founded in 1999, Maharashtra Academy of Engineering, Alandi, Pune (MIT AOE) is a private autonomous institute. It is one of the few institutes in Pune granted ‘academic autonomy’ by the UGC and is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The institute holds 2(F) & 12(B) status from the UGC, an ‘A’ grade accreditation from NAAC, and approval from the NBA. MIT AOE has established multiple national and international MoUs. The institute offers full-time programs, including BDes, BTech, BE, MTech, ME, and PhD in various specializations. Admissions are based on entrance exams and merit, with BTech admissions determined by JEE Main and MHT CET scores.
